Your Sessions

Sessions shows everything you're booked for: sessions players booked in the app and sessions you added yourself.

Tap Sessions in the bottom bar (the sidebar on desktop).

Calendar​

Sessions opens on the calendar.

  1. Tap Week or Month to switch views.
  2. Tap the arrows beside the date range to move back or forward.
  3. Tap a day to see its sessions below. Each card shows the time, length, venue, player, status and your fee.
  4. Tap a session card to open its details.

The three round buttons at the top:

  • Refresh: reloads your sessions.
  • List view: opens the list (below).
  • +: adds a new session. See Booking a Session.

On desktop the calendar is a time grid. Click a day's heading to see that day split into one column per venue, since your day can cover more than one place.

List​

The list shows sessions as rows you can search and filter.

  • Today, Week, Month and the arrows set the dates shown.
  • The search box finds a session by client, space or booking ID.
  • The chips filter by status: All, Upcoming, Checked in, Completed, Cancelled, No-show.
  • The calendar button at the top takes you back to the calendar.

Session Details​

Tap any session to open Session detail.

It shows:

  • The booking number and status. Sessions you added say Added by you.
  • The player, with call and email buttons.
  • Facility and the space and sport (for example Space & sport). A session away from a BookMyCourt venue shows Venue instead.
  • Date and Time.
  • Your fee: only your coaching fee, not the venue's court price. If you gave a promo code, it shows the discount and your Net fee.

When a player booked you at their own ground or your nets, you also see Your nets fee (if any) and Collect at session, the amount to take from the player.

Recording Payment​

You record payment yourself for sessions with no BookMyCourt court, because the money comes to you. Court sessions are paid to the venue, so the venue records those.

  • Mark payment received: confirm you collected the money. Tap Yes, received.
  • Download invoice: appears once the session is paid.
  • Mark as unpaid: undoes a payment you recorded by mistake. Tap it, then confirm Mark as unpaid. Card payments can't be marked unpaid.

Cancelling​

You can cancel sessions you added yourself while they're still Upcoming. Open the session, tap Cancel session and confirm.

Player bookings aren't yours to cancel

There's no cancel button on sessions a player booked in the app. Contact the venue if one needs to come off.

Coaches don't get Check in or Mark complete. The venue does that for court bookings.
