Quick Start Guide

From invite email to your first booking, for venue owners.

Sign in from your invite​

The BookMyCourt team invites you by email. Tap Sign in in the email, enter the temporary password, then choose your own.

Add your facility​

Setup opens on its own. Enter the Facility name and Street address, then tap Continue.

Add your courts​

Pick a sport, give the court a name and a Rate per hour. Add several identical ones in one go.

Pick your opening hours​

Choose Standard, Extended weekends, Evenings only or Custom hours. Players can only book inside these hours.

Add your payout account​

Add your bank account before your first payout. You can do it during setup or later.

Request to publish​

A new venue is hidden from players until a platform admin approves it. Tap Request to publish at the end of setup.

Take bookings​

Once you're published, player bookings show up in Bookings. Add walk-ins and phone bookings yourself.
