Quick Start Guide

From nothing to taking bookings.

Create Your Account​

Sign up at admin.bookmycourt.lk with Google, Apple, or email. Email sign-ups verify with a code.

Add Your Venue​

The setup wizard opens automatically. Enter your facility name, address, phone and email, and confirm — that creates your facility.

Add Your Courts​

Add at least one court, with a name, a sport and a rate per hour. Adding several? Set a quantity and a name prefix and create them as a batch.

Set Your Opening Hours​

Pick a preset — Standard, Extended weekends, or Evenings only — then fine-tune any day. Nothing outside these hours can be booked.

Add Your Payout Account​

Account holder name, bank, account number and branch. Do this before your first payout, not after.

Start Taking Bookings​

You're live. Player bookings appear in the calendar as they come in, and you can take walk-ins yourself with New Booking.
