Operating Hours
When your venue is open. Nothing outside these hours can be booked — by players, or by you.
Opening It
- Facilities → open the facility
- Tap Manage hours
Setting Hours
Each day of the week has its own row: whether you're open, and the opening and closing time.
Turn a day off entirely to close it. Bookings already made on a day you close are not cancelled automatically — check the calendar and deal with them.
Presets
During first-time setup you can start from a pattern instead of setting seven days by hand:

| Extended weekends | Weekdays 06:00 – 22:00, weekends 06:00 – 23:00 |
| Evenings only | Mon–Sun, 16:00 – 22:00 |
A preset is only a shortcut — it fills in the same per-day rows you can edit afterwards here.
How Operating Hours Affect Bookings
- Players are only offered slots inside your open hours
- The walk-in wizard hides slots outside them
- Dragging a booking to a time outside them is rejected
- If a day shows "No slots available — the facility may be closed on this day", that day is closed or its hours don't cover the time you're looking at
Hours are per facility
Each venue has its own hours. Courts inherit the facility's hours — there are no per-court opening times.
