Managing Facilities
Your venues live under Facilities, and one owner account can run as many as you like.
Only owner accounts see Facilities. Staff accounts see Dashboard, Bookings, Notifications and Profile.
Finding it
- Tap Facilities in the bottom bar.
- On a computer, it's in the left sidebar.
A small number on the Facilities icon means a coach has asked to teach at one of your venues. See Coaches at Your Venue.
The facilities list
Each venue is a card with its cover photo, name and address. The line under the title counts your active venues and the total.
Each card shows:
- Status — Active, Inactive, or Setup pending (the venue has no spaces yet)
- Published or Not published — whether players can find it in the app (Hidden by admin if our team took it down)
- Spaces — how many courts, nets or pitches it has
- Today — bookings today
- avg / hr — the average hourly price of its spaces
Tap a card to open the facility page.

No photos yet?
A venue without photos shows an illustration of its first space's sport, marked Sample image. Players see the same illustration. Add your own photos to replace it (see Photos below).
Search, filter and tools
- Search facilities… — find a venue by name
- All / Active / Inactive — filter by status
- The four buttons above the search box, from left to right: Reload, Export CSV, Compare facilities and Select facilities
Export CSV downloads a spreadsheet of the venues on screen: name, location, phone, email, status, number of spaces and rating.
Compare facilities opens Comparing Facilities.
On a computer you also get a Grid / List switch and an Add facility button. On a phone, tap the orange + button to add a venue. See Creating a Facility.
Turning several venues on or off
- Tap Select facilities (the tick-box button).
- Tap the venues you want, or tap Select all.
- Tap Activate or Deactivate in the bar at the bottom.
Deactivating asks you to confirm first, because players can't find or book those venues until you turn them back on. Tap the X in the bar to leave selection mode.
Editing a facility
- Open the facility.
- Tap Edit (at the bottom of the screen on a phone).
- Change what you need.
- Tap Save changes.
You can change the Facility name, Description, Street address, Phone number, Email address and Amenities. In the phone app, Pick on map next to Location lets you choose the address on a map.
If you leave with unsaved changes, the app asks before throwing them away.

Photos
Photo changes are saved straight away. You don't need to tap Save changes.
- Add images (or Add) — upload one or more photos
- Up / down arrows — change the order. The first photo is the Cover shown on cards and at the top of the facility page.
- Red X — delete a photo. The app asks you to confirm, because it comes off the public listing straight away.
Landscape photos work best. Until you add any, players see the sample illustration of your first space's sport.
Settlement account
Pick the bank account that receives this venue's payouts. See Payout account.
Active and published
Two separate switches decide whether players can see a venue:
- Facility active — your own on/off switch. Turn it off to pause bookings.
- Published — set by the BookMyCourt team once they've approved the venue.
Players only see a venue while it is both active and published.
Pausing a venue
- Open the facility and tap Edit.
- Scroll to Visibility & danger zone.
- Turn Facility active off. It takes effect straight away.
Turn it back on to take bookings again.
Going live
A new venue starts Not published. Its page shows a Not published yet card until our team approves it.
- Open the facility.
- Tap Request to publish.
- Add a Note for the reviewer if you like.
- Tap Request.
The card changes to Publish request in review, and you get a notification once it's decided. If the request is rejected, the card shows the reason. Fix the problem, then send a new request from Edit → Visibility & danger zone.

If our team takes a live venue down, it shows Hidden by platform admin. Contact support, or request to publish it again from Edit.
Deleting a facility
- Open the facility and tap Edit.
- Under Visibility & danger zone, tap Delete.
- Confirm with Delete facility.
This permanently removes the venue and all its spaces, and it can't be undone. If you only want to stop bookings for a while, turn Facility active off instead.
Running several venues
Bookings, spaces, hours and payouts are all kept per venue. Each venue can pay out to its own bank account, and your settlements are split by venue.
