Profile & Settings
Profile is one short screen of rows. Each row shows its current value and opens its own page.
Opening Profile
On a phone:
- Tap More at the right end of the bottom bar.
- Tap your name under Account (it says Owner · Profile and settings).
The More sheet also holds Promo codes, the owner page that doesn't fit on the bottom bar. Staff accounts have no More button: Profile sits on their bottom bar instead.
On desktop, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Profile.
What's on Profile
The card at the top shows your name, your role (Owner, Employee or Coach), your email and the month you joined. If you sign in with Google or Apple, it also says Signed in with Google or Signed in with Apple.
Under it, the rows are grouped:
Account
- Personal details — your name and phone.
- Password & security — change your password, or delete your account. See Account Security.
Business (owners only)
- Bank details — the accounts your payouts go to. See Payout Bank Account.
- Promo codes — discount codes players enter at checkout. See Promo Codes.
App
- Update to new version — only appears in the phone app when a newer version is in the store.
- Dark mode — switch the whole app between light and dark.
- Install app — web only. Adds the app to your phone's home screen.
- Privacy policy — opens our privacy policy.
- Log out — shows the email you're signed in with.
The app name and version are at the very bottom. Quote the version if you report a problem.
Coaches see extra rows for their coaching profile and payouts. See Your Coach Profile.
Editing your personal details
- On Profile, tap Personal details.
- Change your First name, Last name or Phone. Pick the country code from the flag.
- Tap Save changes.
First and last name are required. Cancel puts back what was saved.
Your Email is greyed out. It's how you sign in and can't be changed.
Logging out
- Scroll to the bottom of Profile.
- Tap Log out.
- Tap Log out again to confirm, or Go back to stay signed in.
